VelociRAX Warranty Policy

VelociRAX offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering any manufacturing or material defects in its products. This warranty is designed to ensure that the original purchaser receives a high-quality product free from defects. Please review the terms and conditions outlined below:

Warranty Coverage:

- This warranty covers defects in manufacturing or materials for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date.

- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the product.

Conditions Not Covered:

- Improper Assembly/Installation: The warranty does not cover any issues resulting from improper assembly, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

- Routine Maintenance Items: Regular wear and tear, maintenance, or routine upkeep of the product.

- Cosmetic Issues: Post-shipping cosmetic issues such as oxidation, scratches, fading, or damage to the powder coating.

- Accidents: Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external impact.

- Non-VelociRAX Products: Any non-VelociRAX products used in conjunction with VelociRAX racks, including third-party accessories or modifications.

Warranty Claims:

If you believe your VelociRAX product has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team (support@velocirax.com) with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the defective product.

VelociRAX reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and whether the warranty applies.
